Week 0
Free Strategy Call
We start with a 30-minute call to understand your business, your goals, and where the biggest gaps are. No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about whether we're the right fit and what the right starting point looks like.

Days 3–5
Scoping & Proposal
After the call, we put together a clear written scope: what gets built, what it costs, and how long it takes. No surprises in the quote and no scope creep once we start. If something changes, we flag it immediately.

Weeks 1–6
Build Phase
We build. You get regular progress updates at every checkpoint. You're as involved as you want to be: approve designs, give feedback on flows, or stay hands-off and review the finished product. Your call.

Final Week
Launch & Handoff
We handle the launch: setup, QA, deployment. You get a walkthrough of everything we built and documentation so you're never dependent on us to operate it. One-time project clients get 30 days of post-launch support.

Monthly Retainer
Ongoing Support
Retainer clients stay in an active working relationship. Monthly updates, performance reporting, SEO work, and a standing slot to discuss what's next. Month-to-month with no lock-in.
