Work directly with the founder on outbound, discovery calls, and client conversations. You will learn how a small digital studio actually wins work, and own real pieces of the pipeline from day one.
What you will do
- Research prospects and help build outbound sequences that feel personal, not spammy
- Sit in on discovery calls, take structured notes, and turn them into scoped proposals
- Own follow-ups, keep the CRM clean, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Help refine messaging, positioning, and the story we tell small business owners
What we look for
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can be warm and direct at the same time
- Curious about small business, digital systems, and why certain companies beat their competition
- Organised and proactive. You close loops without being asked twice
- Comfortable with ambiguity; this is a startup, not a 50-person SDR floor

- Prior sales, BD, or customer-facing experience
- Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, or similar tooling

Software Engineering Intern
Build real customer-facing websites, internal tools, and AI-assisted workflows shipped directly to small businesses. Every project is custom. Nothing is templated. You own meaningful slices end-to-end.
What you will do
- Build features in Next.js, React, and Tailwind across client websites and custom tools
- Work on AI-assisted workflows using OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar APIs
- Pair with the founder on architecture decisions and ship code that goes live
- Help maintain launched projects: performance, SEO hygiene, and iteration work
What we look for
- Solid JavaScript fundamentals and working experience with React or similar
- Can read a problem, sketch a solution, and ship without needing a 20-page spec
- Comfortable writing clean, maintainable code that goes beyond “make it work”
- Self-directed; you flag blockers early instead of disappearing for a week
Nice to have
- Next.js App Router, Server Components, or edge/runtime experience
- Tailwind, Supabase, Vercel, or deployment pipeline exposure
- Any previous AI/LLM-app work, even side projects

Systems Engineering Intern
Design and wire together the internal plumbing that makes digital businesses actually scale: CRM, data flows, AI pipelines, dashboards, and the glue between them. You will build systems operators actually depend on.
What you will do
- Design customer databases, CRMs, and internal dashboards for client businesses
- Wire integrations between tools (Airtable, Supabase, Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, custom APIs)
- Model data flows, automations, and AI pipelines that hold up in production
- Document the systems you build so clients can operate them independently
What we look for
- Systems-minded thinker. You see how pieces connect and where they leak
- Comfortable with SQL-ish schemas, API integrations, and at least some scripting
- Clear writer; the systems you build come with docs that humans can actually read
- Curious about operations as well as code. You want to understand the business
Nice to have
- Experience with Airtable, Supabase, Postgres, or similar data stores
- Automation platform experience (n8n, Zapier, Make) or workflow engines
- Any hands-on work with AI pipelines, embeddings, or RAG-style systems
